| Some jerks posted that they were gonna shoot up the school today. It’s like a gang kinda, after doing some research This kinda thing happens more than you’d want… I think the third time this year there’s been a threat like this. Our school has 3000 students so it kinda makes sense with that many kids. But nothing has come out of it before. This time feels a little different though The other day there was a pretty big fight in front of the McDonald’s by our school, bad enough the police showed up. I wast there, but I saw a video and it was brutal. There’s been a few other random fights during school as well, and apparently it’s all the same ‘gang’ or whatever. It’s hard to tell the rumors from reality, but I think there’s enough to consider these people pretty dangerous. It doesn’t help that my friend has been hearing a lot of gun shots, and she lives near the school So I’m skipping today three day weekend 🎉🎉🎉 literally everyone I know is skipping too |

| one of the most annoying things about trying to follow "office culture" is that it changes by office. some might want people who are laid back, some might want insane go-getters, some might want people who are funny/friendly, some might want serious people... it makes trying to interview for a job super annoying, like the question "where do you want to be in 5 years" like idk, wherever you'd want me to be. if i say "in a supervisor/manager position" to themselves they're like "we don't really have any advancement opportunities" but if i'm like "idk, in a similar position" it's like "well this person isn't a go-getter" just tell me who to be, i can be that person being myself doesn't pay the bills lol |
